Canon EOS 450D digital camera

The Canon EOS 450D is a fantastic digital camera which is very popular with professional photographers and also general camera users. The pictures which are taken on the camera are displayed on a 3.0" LCD which also has a Live View mode. The screen is bright and is capable of producing sharp definition which allows checking focus and composition. The camera is also capable of up to 10 x magnification for finer details.

When shooting from awkward positions, Live View mode gives you the option of framing the image from the LCD, and a choice of focussing modes. The camera also features a well renowned processor, the DIGIC III processor. Renowned for its white balance accuracy, DIGIC III renders colours with brilliant, true-to-life precision. Captured images are processed in 14-bit colour depth for finer tonal gradations. DIGIC III works efficiently to minimise power consumption while maintaining ultra-fast response times. Another of the excellent features on this camera is the excellent large and bright viewfinder which it offers. The large viewfinder provides the user with a bright and clear view which allows easy composition of the scene.

Another feature is Total Image Control, this provides easy control over image processing parameters though offering Picture Style presets. Contrast, sharpness and saturation can be customized in-camera or through the supplied Picture Style Editor software. After the shoot, Canon’s RAW processing software Digital Photo Professional provides everything you need to manage and process your RAW images.
